Job title: Pharmacy Stock Controller
Job Summary: The Pharmacy Stock Controller is responsible for managing the pharmacy room, maintaining stock control, overseeing the medical dispensing license, and providing health services to walk-in clients.

2. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assisting with class scheduling at the start of the school year.
- Facilitating lessons in collaboration with educators, as outlined in the proposal’s mandate
- Uploading the curriculum weekly and making it accessible to learners on the server.
- Ensuring learners attend classes on time and that transitions between periods are orderly.
- Maintaining discipline in the lab and ensuring learners stay focused.
- Fostering good relationships with educators and school management.
- Scheduling make-up sessions for missed lab time due to load shedding or other reasons.
- Ensuring the computers, headsets, and mouses remain in good working order.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the computer labs and hardware.
- Securing the computer labs to prevent unauthorized access.
- Performing minor software and hardware repairs, with support from Mpilonhle’s IT team.
- Calling Mpilonhle staff for major repairs or bringing equipment to the office for servicing.
- Uploading weekly data to SharePoint for analysis.
- Provide off-line Educational content to the program.
3. Minimal Qualifications and Requirements
- Senior Certificate
- Computer literacy and competence in MS Word, MS Excel
- Bachelor of Education qualification will be an advantage
